Installations across your fleet: from intake to aftercare
A fleet installation with Carro Automotive follows five steps: intake, proposal, scheduling, installation with handover, and aftercare. Vehicles are scheduled in blocks, so your fleet is never off the road all at once. The work takes place at the workshop at Stavorenweg 4 in Gouda, with a 2-year warranty on product and installation.

Intake
You tell us what you need and which vehicles are involved. What is technically possible is checked for each vehicle.

Proposal and quote
You receive a tailored proposal. It sets out what will be fitted in each vehicle, when, and at what price.

Scheduling
Vehicles are booked into the workshop in Gouda. For larger numbers, installation on your premises is possible by arrangement.

Installation and handover
Every vehicle is fitted and tested the same way. Where an app is involved, it is set up at handover.

Aftercare and warranty
After handover, Carro Automotive remains your point of contact. A 2-year warranty covers product and installation.

Frequently asked questions
How long does an installation take per vehicle?
Usually 1 to 3 hours. CarPlay activation takes 15 to 30 minutes on average, a CarPlay module 1.5 to 2.5 hours. The schedule in the proposal allows for this per vehicle.
Can installations take place at weekends?
Yes. The workshop in Gouda is open 7 days a week by appointment. That way, vehicles can be fitted on days when they are needed less.
Can the installation take place on our premises?
For larger numbers, this is possible by arrangement. As standard, the work is done at the workshop at Stavorenweg 4 in Gouda. State your preference in the quote request.
What do we receive at handover?
A per-vehicle overview of what was installed. Every system is tested at handover, and where an app is involved, it is set up together with you.
What does the warranty cover?
Product and installation, for 2 years. If a system stops working as it should, contact Carro Automotive by phone or email.
