When you fill in the quote form, we process the details you enter. You do not have to complete fields marked as optional.

Please do not include sensitive personal data in the comments field that is not needed for your request. Your IP address is used briefly to limit misuse of the form.

• Company details: company name and, if you provide them, Chamber of Commerce number and VAT number.
• Contact details: name of the contact person, job title (optional), business email address and phone number.
• Details of your request: selected services, number of vehicles, makes and models, preferred location and timeline, and your comments.

We use your data only for the purposes below. Your request is stored in Carro Automotive's customer system, and you receive a confirmation by email.

• Preparing a quote or proposal based on your request.
• Contacting you about your request, for example to ask questions or schedule an appointment.
• Carrying out the work if you decide to proceed, such as scheduling and delivering the installation.

We process the data from the quote form because this is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, such as preparing a quote. If you place an order, the processing is necessary to perform that contract.

For contact about your request and maintaining the business relationship, we rely on our legitimate interest in handling requests properly. In doing so, we take your interests into account and process no more data than necessary.

We use service providers for the technical operation of the website and the form. They act as processors: they process your data only on behalf of Carro Automotive and not for their own purposes.

Vercel, Resend and Google are US companies. Data transferred to the United States is transferred on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

We do not sell your data or share it with parties other than the service providers listed here, unless the law requires us to.

• Vercel: website hosting.
• Neon: storage of the database containing requests.
• Resend: sending emails, such as the confirmation of your request.
• Google (Google Analytics): website visitor statistics.

We keep your data for as long as necessary for the purpose for which you provided it. Requests that do not lead to further contact are deleted no later than 2 years after the last contact.

If your request leads to an order, we keep the data needed for our records for as long as the statutory retention obligation requires.

This website uses Google Analytics to keep visitor statistics, which involves placing cookies. Vercel Analytics measures visits without cookies.

These statistics show us, among other things, the number of visitors, the pages viewed and the speed of the website. This tells us which information is useful and where the website can be improved.

When you send a quote request, Google Analytics only records that a request was sent, along with the selected services and the number of vehicles. Your name and contact details are not passed on to these services.

You have the right to access your personal data and to have it corrected or deleted. You can also object to the processing, ask us to restrict it or request your data in a commonly used format. Send your request to info@carroautomotive.nl; we will respond within one month.

If you disagree with the way we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens). We would appreciate it if you contact us first, so we can try to resolve the issue together.
